"Originally conceived and inspired by veteran mountaineer Lou Whittaker, the New Balance H710 Hiking Boot isn't your typical piece of outdoor footwear. Retaining some of its original features, the updated versions seen here have slight differences but are still based on Whittaker's concept which ultimately encouraged N.B. to add a lug sole to the design. With a plethora of colorways to choose from within the pack, the details are highlighted well. Each is constructed from some unique synthetic materials on the upper alongside premium suede. They also feature metallic eyelets and braided lacing finish with sealed tongues for water-resistance. No word on a U.S. release but stay tuned for further news. "
